This infrared ceramic plate is an alternative product for noble metal catalyst .It use rareearth as catalyst, which is with relatively low cost, higher activity than noble metal. What’s more with rare earth catalyst, the surface burning temperature is more stable kept in 900°Cthan noble metal, like platinum. The burning occurs on the covering catalyst and radiate infrared ray, energy transfer can reach 95%. But the common infrared burner, it radiates by heating the ceramic, transfer rate only 80~85%.
So, infrared catalytic ceramic plate will save above 10% energy than other non-catalytic infrared ceramic plate.At the same time, after coated with catalyst,the uselife of ceramic plate is obviously prolonged.
